Welcome

Stuart House is the gateway to Nova Scotia.  It is located along the Sunrise Trail; a country scenic coastal route along the Northumberland Strait.  Enjoy the fresh sea breeze out on the front verandah.  As a guest once pointed out  "On a a clear day you can sometimes see PEI and NB while you are sitting in Nova Scotia."  Our location is great for day trips.

Watch the ever changing tides while walking along the nearby beach. Check out the sunsets that are just as beautiful as the sunrises.

After a good night's sleep  wake up to a delicious breakfast in the dining room.  During the summer months, the choice of berries available for breakfast vary.  Strawberries ripen first and then raspberries are always plentiful from the many bushes located next to the vegetable garden.  Late in the summer the blueberries add color and sweet  taste to the homecooked muffins.
